1. Order Processing Time (The “Creation” Phase)
Since most of our products are custom-made based on your uploaded photos:
- Standard Processing: It takes 3-5 business days for our professional artists to convert your photo into a high-quality canvas draft and prepare your customized paint set.
- Peak Season: During holidays or promotional events, processing may take up to 7 business days.
- Note: Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time.
2. Shipping Estimates (The “Journey” Phase)
We ship worldwide. Once your kit is ready and handed over to our logistics partners, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7-12 business days.
- Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 8-14 business days.
- Australia & Canada: 10-15 business days.
- Rest of the World: 15-20 business days.
3. Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $59.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $59, a flat shipping fee of $6.95 (or local currency equivalent) will be applied at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically be active within 48 hours. You can track your package directly on our website or through international tracking sites like 17track.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ColorfulPixels is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, based on our experience, most small parcels pass through customs without additional charges.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at support@colorfulpixels.com within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement for you immediately.
